Welcome to our charming pool home in the heart of Cocoa Beach, one block from the ocean and steps to the vibrant downtown scene. This 3 bed, 2 bath home can sleep 8 people, including 2 queen and 2 full beds. The home features TVs in each bedroom, and wireless internet. Outside is a heated pool with abundant seating and a lounging area amongst the lush landscape. With Port Canaveral and the Orlando Airport a quick drive away, guests can enjoy total convenience while savoring this beach paradise.

Vibrant three-bedroom, two-bathroom pool home in Cocoa Beach, Florida. This modern ranch-style house is a 5 min walk from the beach and the Downtown scene, and 15 min drive to Port Canaveral. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy spaces, an outdoor oasis including a heated pool for unwinding in this sunny corner of Florida.

The cozy main living area invites you to relax on the couch with a good movie or conversation, while the modern kitchen and outdoor dining patio are ideal for cooking and indulging in your favorite recipes.

Best of all, our home boasts private outdoor living spaces, like the large backyard, lounging area with fire pit, and al fresco dining area. Once you tap into the oceanside Florida lifestyle, you’ll never want to leave.

Primary Bedroom:
Get deep sleep in a comfy queen-sized bed. Clean, bright design with ample closet storage. Features a convenient full ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and vanity.

Guest Bedroom #1:
Get comfy in a queen-sized bed. Ample closet storage closet and dresser. Access to full guest bathroom in the hall with shower-tub combo.

Guest Bedroom #2:
Enjoy a great night’s sleep in guest bedroom #2, which comes with 2 full-sized beds and storage cabinets. Access to full guest bathroom in the hall with shower-tub combo.

Living Spaces:
This home’s main living area is bright and open. You’ll find a cozy sofa, loveseat, and rocking chairs, with a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows. The living room opens up to the dining room, with a six-person dining table and complimentary gift basket.

While the kids are playing in the large grassy backyard, take the opportunity to run a load of laundry in our convenient, fully equipped laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Kitchen & Dining:
Cooking and dining is easy and rewarding at our Cocoa Beach home. Start with meal prep in our modern kitchen. This fully stocked space with a bonus coffee station comes with all the appliances and countertop space you need to meal prep your favorite dishes.

It was just as pictured. We just stayed for 1 night because we were going on a cruise. We walked to the beach and then walked to dinner. The pool was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
