This beautifully appointed home with AMAZING views of the Banana River , Space X launches and all water and nature activity. With the executive in mind, the home has it all. Golfing, tennis, beaches and downtown are a 5 minute drive , walk or bike ride away. It is located in the Country Club area close to downtown Cocoa Beach. There are bike paths, great restaurants, shopping and NASA in close proximity. Port Canaveral is neighboring town and Orlando is an hour away.

This home is comfortably furnished and includes everything you need, from crystal to china.
This home is great for a couple or single person. This is a small complex with only 16 units.
I am looking to lease for minimum of 4 months.
