The Space:

Welcome to your laid-back coastal escape in the heart of Cocoa Beach! This bright and breezy 2-bedroom retreat is perfectly positioned just a short stroll from the beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun, surfing, or enjoying peaceful shoreline walks.



Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and thoughtfully equipped space designed for relaxation. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, with an additional Trifold Mattress available for extra guests. Step out onto the balcony to unwind with river views, or take advantage of the on-site dock access to enjoy the water from a different perspective. With a fully equipped kitchen, beach gear ready to go, and inviting outdoor seating, everything you need for a stress-free stay is right here. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this spot offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and classic Space Coast charm.



***Repairs to the sea wall will be taking place throughout the month of August. During this time, there may be days when the dock is inaccessible. There may be potential for noise weekdays between 9am -5pm



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quieter stretch of Cocoa Beach, this area offers the perfect mix of relaxation and accessibility. You’re just a short walk from the beach while also enjoying peaceful river views right from the property. Nearby, you’ll find local restaurants, surf shops, and easy access to popular attractions like the Cocoa Beach Pier and Kennedy Space Center, making it a great home base for exploring the Space Coast.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and convenient. You can walk to the beach in just minutes, and a short drive will take you to local dining, shopping, and attractions throughout Cocoa Beach. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there is on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot. Biking is also a great way to explore the area and enjoy the coastal scenery.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
