「We came to Tybee for a quick getaway, and this was a perfect place to relax, watch the sunrise and sunset, and just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The Southern Belle property management team was quick to respond to any questions and efficient with check-in instructions, etc. Would stay here again!」

「Amazing location. I enjoyed watching the waves, sunrise, and breeze. I am glad they had keyless entry. I did not have to worry about losing keys or remembering to give a family a key. The only issue was the refrigerator froze up and then thawed out, which led to water in the refrigerator with the food.」

「View was just as advertised!! With it being on the 5th Floor, make sure you are OK with taking the stairs. There is an elevator, but it was busy most of the time and we chose to take the stairs to avoid the wait. View was worth it. Beach access was fantastic and the pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Palmetto Dunes area is very nice with easy access to all the stores that you will need!! Will definitely be coming back!!」

「My sister and I met here to get away from our families for a few days and this location AND time of the year did not disappoint! During our stay the neighborhood complex was very quiet, we did really see to many other people. Once you get to the unit it’s very clear on how to get to the beach, there’s two different codes to use which we just took pictures of on our phone. The beach is a VERY easy walk and if you aren’t able you could park at Folly Field park for public access. We used the beach...

「While the condo is very small and somewhat cramped, all the essentials are readily available. One important note: we did not do any cooking during our stay as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony (every condo has an ocean view!) and the new bikes.」

「The location is great, close to the beach and shops, the condo was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities you need. The two drawbacks is one you have 4 flights of stairs (which you can tell it’s at the top in the pictures) and during our stay one morning, we heard a knock on the door. When we answered it, it was the exterminator wanting to come in and spray, which I totally understand needs to be done, but I feel like management could have done a better job at communicating this with me...
