This is a basement apartment with all the amenities, and is kept fully cleaned and sanitized at all times. The apartment has separate private entrance. The property is right on HWY 11 with the entrance on the highway itself making it convenient for guest visiting or passing by Cochrane. Within 1-2km radius there is Tim Horton, Subway, Pizza Hut, Bar Burrito, Canadian Tire, etc. Right next to the property there is ESSO gas station with A&W and Little Caesars on site.
When the guest arrives at the property they will have to first visit the front desk first to get the keys to the apartment.
