I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the staff, especially Neel, whom was very helpful and generous with his time. I also liked the room and also how quiet it was, which allowed for a great night's sleep!

The most striking feature for me was the way I was welcomed and taken to my room. The man had a genuinely beautiful smile, and it was like if he was welcoming me into his home. As the place was not too busy for a Monday night, I was also given a free upgrade to a better room. On my last visit, I also enjoyed being able to take a sauna.

This place is such a beautiful peaceful place, the staff is amazing and so friendly. They upgraded our room even with dogs as there are only certain rooms they allow them in. After a 10hrs drive we arrived to a friendly smile, tour of the place and also complimentary beers on them! The room was clean, and the staff was on site and on standby at anytime to help with anything. Highly recommend this place and also will be booking here again in the future for our trips up north. ☺️

My room had vey little water pressure for the sink. The bathtub dripped with rusty water. Literally. I turned on the bath tap and orange water came out. No water pressure in the tub. The front office smelled mouldy.

We were excited to stay here, after travelling for 2days we were looking forward to the jetted tub, a good meal & beverage! Well this place should be noted for its off season service!! No restaurant, and no bar Both are closed during the summer. The young man told us that winter is the most popular time for the Inn… well it definitely did not say that on here! Side note : it also says the igloos were available yet the young man at the check in desk said they aren’t being rented because of plumbing issues! … So back into town to find a food place that would be open after 8pm, thank goodness for Pizza Hut Lol Ok the room - much like the pictures, old & outdated that was ok we knew this. There were no toiletries except an empty bottle of soap, a broken soap dispenser, a bar of soap and 1 shampoo, They didn’t prepare the room for 2 ppl. Only 1 hand towel, 1 small towel and 1 bath towel. No wash clothes. The beds were very clean and comfortable A+ … Thank you! The jetted tub had no plug, it was badly rusted and the drain was very dirty! Definitely wouldn’t of used it even though I paid for it! I did inform the desk clerk & asked kindly for a discount when checking out but all I got for a response was- oh no plug & an eye roll and no we won’t discount! Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Needless to say we were disappointed :(

The whole place looks like a backwoods dumpster. Broken furniture is scattered around the property with other debris like empty pop containers and the piece de resistance was the bag of dog excrement on the balcony railing. The windows in the room they gave us had bugs scattered all over the window frames. The road off the highway was rough and unserviced. I have never seen a worse hotel in over 60 years of traveling. The staff told me that my second reservation had been canceled because they had booked the whole hotel for a government contract. I honestly can't find the words to describe how utterly horrible the whole experience was. Do not under any circumstance short of a nuclear holocaust book into this establishment. Sleep in your vehicle or in a cardboard box instead.

Room was not clean. It was as if room had not been used in a very long time. Property is very rundown, baseboards were not fastened to the wall, appliances were not plugged in, poor lighting, dark and dingy room. Asked if I wanted a check in beer. Not impressed. Very unprofessional.

Keep an open mind if you’re going to stay here. Our room was clean. The air conditioning works. There were definitely odd things about it. The first thing you notice is a ceiling fixture, but no light switch anywhere that I could find. Overall, the rooms were dark, due to the lack of light fixtures. The loft beds are under the sloped ceiling, so when you bash your head, the bed’s right there. Our room actually had a lamp on the side table, but it wasn’t plugged in. The bathroom was okay. It was a little disconcerting that the commode was on a bit of an angle to the tub, and no extra toilet paper was provided. The one box of tissues was almost empty. This place is aptly named, but not necessarily for the reason they intend.

You need to check ahead of time. I found that none of the appliances were plugged in. No coffee pot or cups or soap. Couldn't get the tv to work. Worst of all there was no water in the morning. The staff did not answer calls for assistance. The driveway is also a bit treacherous. It's very dated, which does not concern me but it feels like you are in an old cabin.

So as much as the people wanted to be helpful, truth is it took 20 minutes to talk to anyone. Second there was a hot tub, but the plug did not hold the water, the cold water tap did not work. So tried to fill it with hot water and let it cool, vut by the time it cooled it had all leaked out. Then the AC dis bot work, or at least we could not turn it on. And finally one of the 2 beds had large stains on the sheets we ened up sleeping in the other bed but it was not great !
