I liked the area where the hotel is located. I liked the room arrangement shown in pictures and the amenities described. I didn't like the conditions the room had when I entered it. I entered the room late at night and the room was humid and wet all around the floor and walls. There was as strong odor to humidity or chemicals from the kitchen. On top of that, there was a strong continuous noise, all the time, coming from behind the ceiling, which looks like it was from an AC unit or so, which made us have a very bad sleep.

Great place, nothing fancy but safe and cheap

The room was a great size, air conditioner super cold! Beds were comfy but there were a lot of stains all over the bathroom possibly mold.. otherwise this place was great! Parking was secure and safe, don’t let the naysayers out there dissuade you from visiting Coatzacoalcos, it’s safe if you’re smart about times and locations! We had an absolute blast here!

Hotel room different than in picture. Specifically, bed type and flooring. Room was not fully clean. Lots of wear and tear and rust on floor near bed posts. Hallways and elevator floor needed to be mopped.

Location is great, but this place doesn’t offer the minimum essentials, like enough towels, toilet paper, iron and board, hangers for clothing, reception staff not very helpful about all the needs that we had, bathroom shower horrible, you barely get water to shower, slippery shower floor as well, elevator kind of scary, that sound that makes is scary, etc. Not a good experience

La habitación en general estuvo bien. El aire acondicionado funcionaba excelente asi como el refrigerador. La ducha puede mejorar, aunque no es mala pero si es un poco incomodo el bañarse con ese tipo de regadera y eso hace que la ducha terminae llenado de agua todo el baño, pese la cortina.

Todo muy bien, no tuve necesidad de interactuar con el personal, el estacionamiento muy bien y los centros comerciales muy cerca, lo único que hizo falta en la habitación y que en otros hoteles si ha habido es botellitas de agua y vasos de cristal, pero fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

De que sirve ser suites y que cuente con estufa, microondas y refrigerador si no hay utensilios para cocinar? Me he hospedado en otros hoteles suites y cuenta con lo necesario para cocinar. Los colchones estan de 10 pero las bases rechinan al moverse. Esperaba por lo menos 1 botella de agua de cortesia o por lo menos vasos desechables Habia cucarachas pequeñas en la habitacion
