"Transport and check-in were excellent. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice, but hot and the AC took a long time to cool the room. The pool was great, but needed access to pool towels. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The room service was good, along with cleaning. Check-out was not very pleasant and staff at the desk were helpful but not friendly."

"Excelente localización, con un puente que conecta al Mall del Sol, el cual tiene de todo, incluyendo supermercado, y farmacia. Cerca del aeropuerto, personal muy profesional, muy buena área de piscina, gimnasio, y muy buena comida en sus restaurantes. En algo que podrían mejorar es el ruido en los pasillos por las puertas. Deberían instalar unos frenos para que la puertas al cerrarse no suenen tanto, en repetidas ocasiones me desperté por gente cerrando puertas, las cuales se escuchan muy fuerte dentro de la habitación."
