Brand new construction , brand new salt water pool that can be heated … spa is oversized and luxurious. This is a one stop shop , once you arrive you won’t want to leave the comfort of this truly stunning vacation home. 24/7 maintenance on staff, amenities galore, modern and gorgeous. Pool table and ping pong table in the backyard . Incredible spot that can’t be beat.

Coachella getaway

The best thing about this house was the backyard. Great pool/hot-tub ( not a lap swimming pool but perfect for young kids , parents and grandparents). So fun to have the pool table ( although needs new pool cues) and putting green as well as plentiful seating and fire pit area. Grill was a little gross but usable. There were 12 of us ( 7 adults, 5 kids) and there were plenty of towels ( pool and bath). Six bedrooms- advertised as 6 king beds, however there was only one king; the rest being queens. Ample drawer/closet space in the master; no drawers in two bedrooms, and some drawers in the rest. Ample closet space. We had initial problems with some of the kitchen supplies but the manager was very responsive and brought over the needed items immediately. The house is in a residential area; Coachella being more spread out and sparse so we needed to drive quite a distance to get to hiking and restaurants but it was also nice to be in an area that was quieter and less commercial. As stated, manager and the owner were very responsive prior to and during our stay, which helped a lot. House was very clean.

Great for large groups!

Eleven of us were very comfortable in the house. There was plenty of space, and the pool, and backyard activities were perfect.

An amazing get away!!!

I loved the house it was clean very well stocked they have an amazing coffee station they have everything that we needed they were only 3 things that prevented that 5 the wifi states a name in the house rules and when we tried connecting the tablet it was a whole different number we tried reaching out to Lux living in the evening due to that issue and also noticed that the master bed was tilted we looked down and noticed that the wood planks that hold the mattress 5 of them were falling down my husband put them back up and even if we tried to get on it they would just fall from the left side so luckily they had an air mattress that we ended up sleeping in. We couldn’t also find the paddles for the ping pong table . The ac was amazing but at night it would turn up to 85 I didn’t know if it was an automatic change . We had to keep up at night to turn it on. But other than that I’m the pool is amazing the back is amazing what shocked us was that the house was filled everything u needed.

All around perfection…

A perfect house to get away to….we had 3 families of 4 stay and everything was great - especially the outdoor space. Pool and spa were heated to perfection upon our arrival and the synthetic turf lawn was ideal for the kids to play around on. On a quiet street with no one behind you, its like you are in a world of your own. We have already recommended the place to other friends and will definitely rent again on our next trip. The property owners/managers were very quick to respond to all our questions throughout our stay. Would give it more than 5 stars if we could.
