"Breakfast through the week was lacking and they ran out and didn’t replace things. The 24/7coffee was often cold even in the mornings. No one even offered to clean our room for until the 6th day. I had to go to the desk and ask for fresh towels and I had to pile our trash out in the hallway where it sat for days. "
