「Overall the place and amenities was nice. The concern was cleanliness. There was so much long hair from another person ( both my husband and I are bald) that we had to clean the toilets, sinks, shower, etc and still didn’t get the floor which was really bad in the bathroom. The kitchen was incredible and the the experience otherwise was great; my hope is they just forgot to sweep and clean the bathroom a little more.」

「Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is a great setup for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids had a blast using the kayaks. We would absolutely consider staying here again because the location and layout were exactly what we were looking for. There were a few areas that could be improved. At check-in, I had to reach out to request the door code because it hadn’t been sent automatically. It also took some time to locate information about the property since...

「Great place to bring young kids! A crib and highchair were available as well as kid friendly plastic dishes. The stairs have retractable gates and no childproofing necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.」

「The Itty Bitty Inn was a perfect stay for my sister and me. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a very nice coffee cart, and the home was spotless. It is in a quiet location that has access to stores and restaurants within a short walk or drive. The Inn is close to a very pretty state park with opportunities for kayaking and other outdoor activities.」

「This cozy place was wonderful to stay at with family. They said it was like staying at GranMa’s house . It was centrally located to so many places we wanted to see. The grocery stores were convenient too. We will be back.」

「Property description stated air conditioning. I may have missed it but it was a window air conditioner in the bedroom which did not help in the kitchen. Also the TV was in front of the same window. Thankfully the weather was not too hot. Property did have a fan but it was just as loud as the air conditioner. Otherwise good property to stay in, We would again, The crock pot availability was nice on vacation as well, came back from a day exploring and dinner was ready.」

「Everything was spectacular! Clean and inviting!! The host was quick to respond to our needs.」

「Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. Lots of nice touches here and there. Great base camp for 1-2 couples or a small family!」

「Clean, Quiet. As expected」

「Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. This may not have been an issue other times of the year but it was exceptionally hot during our stay, and that is...

「The green bean was cozy」

「Loved staying here! Very nice house and fit our family perfectly. Would stay here again!」

「The beds and sheets were very comfortable! The decor was very cute and had a nice vibe. Everything was very clean and the AC units worked well. Had a hard time figuring out the coffee maker but a quick Google search got us going and it worked fine. The location was very convenient. Within walking distance of several eateries and a winery. Also convenient location to all of the sites of Duluth and Superior and was within an hour drive of some of the sites further up the North Shore. The host was...

「Very unique property, still some kinks that need to be smoothed out with the house but with it being a new rental that’ll happen. Host was very helpful with any issues and quick to reply.」

「The communication and check in process was fantastic. The house was very spacious in a lovely neighborhood!」
