Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Clohars-Carnoët in Pouldu, this charming house 1905 benefiting from an annex and a big veranda of 30m², at less than one kilometer from the beach, of a surface of 200 m² and being able to welcome up to 12 travelers. It is composed of beautiful living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a closed garden of about 1,400 m² facing south. Sheets and towels included. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A beautiful living room with sofas to enjoy a moment of relaxation opening into a large veranda of 30m ² with lounge area and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer...
- A back kitchen laundry
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 1: a queen size bed (160×200), a desk and a bookcase.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×200) that can be joined together to make a double bed and a large closet.
- A shower room with Italian shower (120×90), a sink and a toilet.
On the 2nd floor :
- A landing with a desk and a sea view in the distance.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×200), a desk and storage shelves.
- Bedroom 4: three single beds (90×200).
- A bathroom with a shower (80×80) and a sink.

The annex (on the left/west side of the house, communicating through the kitchen door):
Ground floor:
- A TV room, reading room with a sofa bed (double) and a sink area separated by a counter. This room opens into a small veranda.
- A shower room with shower (80×80), sink and toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 5 (facing North): a double bed (140×200).
- Bedroom 6 (South facing) : a queen size bed (160×200) and a chest of drawers.

For even more comfort : washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, baby bed and a barbecue.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,400 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A terrace in front of the house on a gravelled space of about 80 m² with furniture.
- An outside shower to cool off.

The house is ideally located in Pouldu in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to essential stores, restaurants, bars, market (2 times/week in summer)...

Activities :
- Numerous hikes and walks to admire the beautiful rocky coast on the coastal path or the customs path, the path of the "route des peintres", walks along Laïta, inland or in the forest of Carnoët, walk part of the GR 34 on foot, mountain bike or horseback.
- Discover the fine sandy beaches, the sailing club, the surf school, the canoe and the paddle!
- Admire two pretty little ports: "Bas Pouldu" and Doëlan a few kilometers away.
- At the House-Museum of Pouldu, discover the reconstruction of the beach bar where the painter Gauguin, among others, worked.
- Along the Laïta river: ruins of the Cistercian abbey of Saint-Maurice.
- Museum of Pont Aven (21km), City of the sail Eric Tabarly (25km).
- Tasting of local products: oysters of Belon, Breton cakes, Kouign-Amann, pancakes, cider, farm products, etc...

Transportation :
- You can park directly at the entrance of the garden just after the gate that can accommodate up to 2 vehicles of small size one behind the other.
- TBK bus line
- Nearest train stations: Quimperlé (15 minutes by car) and Lorient (25-30 minutes).
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne sud (25 minutes).

- Sheets and towels included.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
