「Good enough to have a place to sleep for one night. First walk in, the room smelt musty and was hot. Figured out musty smell was coming from the carpet leading into the bathroom. There was a leak somewhere between sink and toilet. Bathroom floor was completely wet, but nothing was running. Had to lay towels on floor to keep feet dry」
