「I had a late evening checkin. Upon arrival the doors were locked and no one was at the window because staff was “working out” I was then told there was no internet to check my reservation. And asked if I could provide My Personal Hotspot to give him access to the internet. Even after all that, I was given a room that smelled of smoke (requested non smoking), the shower head leaked all night, the smoke detector was broke off the wall & stains on the “white” sheets and towels」
