「We’re told truck didn’t come in so very limited to no breakfast for first two days. Had to eat elsewhere」

「We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!」

「While the hotel was mostly clean and well maintained, a few things did fall by the wayside... Almost none of the ice machines were working. The bar area, which opened up after 4pm was usually under staffed and not responsive... The front desk staff was somewhat helpful but not always. Overall though, it was a nice hotel in a convenient location for a fair price.」

「We loved the room, very spacious. And the whole property was well kept and very clean and modern.」

「The room was clean.」

「When I am in Charlotte to visit family, this is my usual go to hotel. I checked in around 8 PM and I realized after I checked in that the young lady at the front desk didn’t give me any information about Wi-Fi, breakfast hours etc just directed me to where the elevator was. Otherwise, the room was clean. I really didn’t encounter too many staff other than at the breakfast; the guy was really nice greeted people as they came and kept the area clean and stocked. Parking was plentiful. It’s a nice...
