「Coffee is horrible 」

「Clean room, friendly staff. Would stay again.」

「The staff were very nice to use. The beds were not comfortable, the bathroom had what i thought looked like pink and blue soda or food coloring stains the walls and floor. The bathtub was grimy and had black stuff in the corners of it. Other then ahis it wasnt bad. Like i said the staff working there were very nice.」

「Staff was helpful. Room was in great need of work. Obviously neglected for far too long. The overall appearance of the entire place was that of a run down business that has not kept up with standards and expectations of what we believe most people like. I would never recommend it to anybody. 」

「This is a hidden gem in Arkansas! Dan and Debbie were wonderful hosts. The room was perfect. Breakfast was fabulous. We will definitely be back!」

「The desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Our king room was very clean, with plenty of seating, a large table, mini fridge and microwave. The area around the hotel is very clean with picnic tables and a nice swing for enjoying the outdoors. We also thought the location was perfect, close to restaurants and sight seeing adventures. Keep in mind it is an older hotel so the rooms interior and design is a bit dated. But, the mattress was great, the shower was good and that’s all we were after. 」

「Checked in Friday night. No sheet or blanket on the bed. Next morning got them delivered but no housekeeping Saturday. Had to get key card reprogrammed Saturday and Sunday when it quit working. It was in my pocket all by itself, not near phone or credit cards. No housekeeping Sunday either. Had to get fresh towels myself. Found power cord for clock and lamp spliced together with electrical tape and wires exposed. I expected old and worn for the price but this was unacceptable.」

「Would definitely stay here again. It was quite, the rooms were well taken care of and the process was so easy. We just arrived and went straight to the room!!」

「The room was fairly dirty, there wasn't a fitted sheet on one of the beds. The hot water knob didn't work and I cut my finger to the bone trying to use my knife as a screwdriver so I could take a shower. I just wanted all the supplies to clean it properly. Then the toilet was clogged, so I go to get a plunger, and because the ppl were asleep, one said I'll have to wait til morning, the other said "we don't have one right now." I was like, ok...so you want my guest to pee over my clogged...

「It stinks in the hallway on second floor. Probably the carpet smells bad. Same smell in the room of course not that bad. Heat and air are very noisy when you try to sleep. Wafflehouse outside made us not try the breakfast. 100$ For a room like this is not great!」

「Cabin was clean, beds comfortable and linens were clean. The cabin does not include coffee or water - bare bones. I would have like more flat surfaces in the bedrooms to place personal belongings. Adequate charging outlets. Phone service is sketchy but good wifi allowing internet calling. Not within walking distance of eating areas but there is a convenience (mostly fishing) store next door open during reg business hours with great coffee. I would stay again to appreciate view of river and...

「We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent this cabin again. I realize it’s the true cabin experience so I do expect it to not be like staying in a luxury hotel. The cabin was very neat and we loved the atmosphere, however when we arrived it seemed as if no one had been in it in a while. It is July so it is very hot and the air had not been turned on or anything so it took until about 3 am Saturday morning for the window unit to get the cabin cooled down to a comfortable...
