Overall good value for the price. Picked this because it was pet friendly. Clean and most of it newly renovated but minor issues with some of the items. Very basic breakfast items. There is one restaurant within walking distance and a gas station. Has electronic keycard. Entry is monitored via ring camera. Was able to check in quickly when arriving very late at night.

Pros - Easy access location, pet friendly Cons - Woke up with numerous bug bits around my ankles. I have to assume they came from the bed as I showered prior to going to bed.

Pleasant surprise.

Last minute booking do to a unacceptable hotel booked originally. Facility is in very nice condition and the suite works perfectly for 3 adults, a dog and a cat.

Good for the price & pet policy

There is a working TV, sink & shower fixtures are sturdy unlike other places. And outdoor facilities just aren’t the same, this one is indoor so it does have a home-y feel; the 2 working flat screens & DISH network are added bonuses! There is coffee, light breakfast provided, soap/ lotion, bath gel & conditioner attached to the wall! Very modern and fancy. So is the furniture. The suite option is roomy and preferable, not offered at other locations. The window shade is a nice touch unlike the outdoor blackout draw curtain.

Couch in suite area was hard & uncomfortable. Could not get anything on bedroom tv. Came on but couldn’t change channels. There was an odd odor in the room maybe from a.c. My eyes were burning & nose running the whole time I was in the room. Breakfast was pitiful. Juice machine didn’t work and the few offerings were all bread based except for apples. The room WAS clean and comfortable bed.

Check in was a nightmare. First couldn’t find reservation even though I showed it on my phone. Female who was checking me in seemed unsure of what she was doing. I’d reserved 2 rooms. I was charged got one, then the other. After second time running my card, dhe told me that transaction didn’t go through and was cancelled. I would have up run my card a third time. I refused until I checked bank accounts that showed 2 charges. She then said “oh I see that payments were completed. She had to call her husband, I guess, to complete the booking. He was very professional and completed reservation quickly. The floors in hallways in front of room were buckled almost causing my daughter and I to trip and fall. Hole in the side of tub in room 101 and paint chipping around bathroom door. Hotel has changed to RedRoof Inn since the last time I was in Clinton. Nothing has changed but the name. I was reminded why my family stopped staying here several trips ago. The bees were comfortable although I didn’t sleep well due to construction workers in room above being loud most of the night. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures.

First off they are in the middle of renovations so when I arrived there was a wasp in the lobby amongst other things. The room we stayed in tv wasn’t working. Although she offered to change my room she didn’t have my preference available because they are renovation. We had big dirty towels to use as bath towels. Ages when I requested more they gave us some rags. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed was the comfortable part of our stay. Well my kids did get to enjoy the pool. After being told it was closed because they was renovating.

Took forever to check in. The room was dirty. The whole olace was dirty. The beds not comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Wint stay again.

Never again!

The hotel smelled horrible! The rooms are very outdated and the floors to the elevator were in horrible condition I almost tripped on them. When I tried to put the magnetic “Privacy” sign on the outside of my door the paint peeled off of the door with the magnet. They attempted to charge me twice for the room I had to show them my bank account where they already charged me.
