"15 minutes before pool closing, the front desk person, Emilee, demanded that we exit the pool area. Her attitude felt like a personal attack although the other guests near us at the pool were also felt her approach was aggressive and unprofessional. She had looked at our personal belongings and saw that we had cigarette packs in our possession. She asked for our room number and when we inquired why, she wrongfully accused us of smoking in non designated areas. This was uncalled for as we adhered to all rules and policies during our stay and had only smoked in the designated area where the ashtray fixture was stationed by the parking lot. We intend to follow up with hotel management.

"The staff was so incredibly friendly! We had a few hiccups on our most recent trip which included messing up my own check out date. Mary at the front desk was so helpful, and I can't thank her enough for helping to keep me calm while we figured out a solution and even checked to see how I was holding up the next morning.
Beyond that, my son really enjoyed the breakfast. Bummer the jets weren't working in the spa, but it was still warmer than the pool. "
