I checked at 11:30 pm room 321 woke up at 2am being bitten by bed bugs left the hotel at that time and asking for a refund.

If you want a cheap place to stay, this is for you. Clean bed, cold AC.. That's about it. The place is a value option. Don't expect much. Literally no frills at all. Not even the hallway or reception has AC. There's smoking rooms so hallways stink too. But the room was nice. And staff nice. As a bonus there was no bedbugs.

Room was OK only. Nothing to brag about. The fan in the bathroom was filthy. Only a small tube of lotion for the guest along with a SMALL bar of soap. The outside of the property was not maintained AT ALL. Does not look like the picture on the internet. BEWARE!!! No breakfast provided, only an IHOP next to the property. The only good thing I can say was they only charged $20 for our dog to stay with us. Charged $100 security deposit, returned once they checked out the room upon leaving to see if we left it in good condition.

The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, we had a good stay. The only issue we experienced was when we went to the front desk to request an extra blanket. We were told that the room already had “sufficient blankets.” I found this response a little disappointing. Everyone has different comfort levels, and sometimes guests may simply need an extra blanket or pillow. I would recommend that the front desk keep at least one or two extra blankets and pillows available for guests who may need them. It would be a small improvement that could make a big difference in the guest experience. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and fast check-in.

My first floor room was large, clean and freshly painted with high ceilings. like similar older properties it is a mix of newly remodel rooms and a parking lot and lighting that needs upgrade. Staff at check in (Saturday night) was busy but polite and helpful. of note: there is a $100 security deposit required. Also the traditional sliding doors on the first floor rooms have been replaced with inoperable full glass panels. which my wife and daughter like for better security, But I have to carry luggage a longer distance.

I was a bit worried abut how the rooms would be due to some reviews but our room was very clean, A/C worked perfectly But unfortunately the bed was very noisy and squeaked with every movement throughout the night.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nites and 2days and left the third day. It was very enjoyable and in an area with lots to do. We highly recommend this lovely motel.
