The staff was great, however there was a smell when I would lay down in the second bed on the right side in room 110 and I felt a dampness when I laid down but I did not always smell it so I thought the smell might be where something got spilled on the carpet. However when changing out of my pajamas on Sunday I realized they smelled like urine and then went and smelled the mattress on the side I slept on and it reaked of urine down where my butt & legs would lay at which time I realized I had been sleeping on a matress that had been urinated on and not properly cleaned or replaced. I reported this to the housekeeping staff when I was leaving so hopefully they got this issue resolved

Nice place good price

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They were quick to solve any issues I had. I extended my stay, and they were invaluable and accommodated me. Breakfast was fresh, and the lovely Spanish lady was friendly. She kept the area very clean and stocked.

This was perfect for our local FL trip. We were passing through driving from West to East and needed to overnight at a hotel, at a reasonable nightly rate . Clean and quiet. Easy check in. The breakfast in the morning was more than enough and delicious with all the classic breakfast choices. Coffee was especially delicious! This property is average at best. Probably built in the 70s or 80s, they’ve tried to upgrade this Best Western. This would have been a $75 to $100 room a few years ago. Now, could be triple that. The basic room and bath areas are just fine, a bit larger than usual, with a very large flatscreen TV, a desk, a sofa and plenty of storage. The shower had lots of good pressure and fine supply of hot water. We noticed there was no hang tag for making up the room or not disturbing. However, nothing could shut out the almost continuous noise from vehicles on the main road just outside. At times we thought there was a nearby nightclub or outdoor concert – the music and bass infiltrating the room. Don’t forget to bring your earplugs and eye shade. Also, the breakfast area was very dark, but the food was pretty good.

Unfortunately, my stay was not pleasant. The room was not clean and there was a strong smell of humidity, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the breakfast was very poor quality and quite disappointing. I believe the hotel needs to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality for a better guest experience.
