This is a pet-friendly neighborhood, and many of our neighbors have dogs. We’ve recently added a privacy fence in the backyard, especially on the side where Blue—our neighbor’s friendly dog—lives. He loves to say hello to guests!

While the privacy screen helps reduce visibility, we kindly ask that children and pets avoid approaching the fence. Blue may be charming, but please refrain from feeding him treats. If we need to contact his owner for any reason just let us know. They are pretty understanding. Thank you for helping us keep everyone happy and comfortable ☺️
