気になった点 : 清潔度
This place was dirty & the most bare bones accommodations we have ever stayed in. I offered my feedback to the “owners” (pretty sure it is a property management company that could care less as all of their responses were automated). I felt it was important for them to have the opportunity to address the issues we had without making them public, but they just responded with “please give us 5 stars”. The place was very dirty. Tons of hair in the shower drains. Toilet paper in the toilets when we arrived. Dishwasher was full with dirty dishes and used Q-tips on the windowsill. The floors were very sticky, and the windows were filthy, and one of the bedrooms had not been vacuumed.Furniture was bare minimum the couch had a large stain on it and the living room furniture was all either wobbly or falling apart. There were no towels or washcloths for the kitchen.We were given two coffee pods for four people for a three day stay.There were only four pillows total for four people, and they were very small.The barn door is for the bedroom do not stay closed. The keypad for the door only works some of the time we were locked out multiple times.The thermostat is very finicky and extremely hard to operateWe would’ve cleaned the place up, but there were no cleaning supplies.Most of these things we could’ve looked past the problem is they never acknowledged that we were having issues.Do not waste your money!!!!
