"I was very disappointed in my stay at the Wyndham Gardens in Westlake, OH. I was issued a room (by an aggressively unfriendly employee, I might add) that appeared as if it hadn't been used in months. It was actually dusty and there were only sheets on my bed, no other bedding. My room looked onto an inside atrium (vs. the outdoors) so it was also exceptionally poorly lit - which actually might have been a good thing, I wasn't able to see how dirty it was! Besides convenience to the event I was attending, I have nothing positive to say about this property. I will not be staying here again."
