Room felt neglected. There was an issue and nobody on 1st shift acknowledged it. There are bed bugs. I am supposed to have 2 free nights. When I brought that up nobody at the front desk acknowledged anything or no call back

Lady at the dront desk was rude. Blunt roaches were laying on the floor. Beds were very uncomfortable. No air conditioning either. Zero sleep hot all night long

Ok for the first time in my life .. this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Arrived pretty run down hotel, just went straight to bed… two hours later woken up with all bedbugs bites all over me.. decided to take a shower before leaving, the bathtub had about two inches of water in it..went to the front desk and she said we can offer you the delux room for almost $200 a night.. true bait and switch … the lady tells me as if I should have know.. yeah we have bed bugs, and that they have a plumbing issue. The place should be closed down not operating. Really horrible

Room was insanely gross and sticky. The front desk lady was really nice but the room, bed and bathroom were atrocious. Even the furniture was nasty. Didn't see bed bugs but still nervous. Wouldn't stay here ever again unfortunately. I should have read the reviews first lol

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. Filthy dirty sticky goo everywhere. Holes in walls, falling ceiling over shower. If I could give a zero I would. Heat did not work. Extremely disgusting should be condemned.

Property is in a poor location and businesses nearby have bars over windows to prevent crimes. We went to our room which had no working lights in it. Front desk clerk told us to check out and her manager would call the following day to sort issue out. We checked out and went to a different property. Waited several days and was denied a refund through hotel manager and Expedia both. Terrible experience. 0/10

Room definitely was not up to par. Smelled horrible! We only booked this room for one night and only because it was close to our destination the next morning. The staff seem as if they had an attitude when I checked in as well not very friendly. Overall the place is ran down shouldn’t even cost more than 40$ to book a room there in my opinion. From the chairs being dirty the actual bed having stains. The floor was absolutely disgusting wouldn’t recommend walking barefoot on whatsoever! The wall sockets are a joke good luck trying to plug anything in. Just horrible!!!

Heater didn’t work! They didn’t have a space heater, they wouldn’t not move my room. For 70 a night, step it up.

Clean but very run down rooms. Smoky smell in the hall. Manager banging on the door at 10:40 a.m. before checkout, asking if I'm going to extend my stay. Area is safe but no food services in the neighborhood at night.
