The house was very clean. The outside area was nice with the hot tub. I had to contact the owner one time and he got back to me immediately. It was a very nice time and experience.

House was roomy and comfortable and clean. We loved having driveway/garage parking. Owner was responsive and super friendly in messages. Had a great stay with our doggo, really liked the neighborhood and the suggested restaurants were great! Everything was very close by to the neighborhood. Globe Iron, beach, and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame were less than 10 minutes away. Great restaurants were 3 minutes away. West Side Market was 5 minutes away

The house was great! In a depressed neighborhood of Cleveland but on a secluded almost dead end street so no traffic other than local. All the permanent residents were friendly when we encountered them. Moreover, the location is IDEAL for downtown or any outlying suburbs. 15 minutes or less drive for most. Unfortunately because or stay was so short (2 nights) didn’t get to enjoy all that the house had to offer (game room, projection tv, hot tub) but would definitely stay again. Getting a whole beautiful house for the cost of a crappy hotel room! Definitely worth it!

Perfect home away from home

Perfect place. Had 9 people staying and it was great. Love the house, love the yard, really love the hot tub. Great location. Comfortable beds. Fabulous basement. Owner responded quickly. I will definately stay again.

Cleveland

The house was as listed and it was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. One nice touch is they had someone come and put the trash cans at the road for you so you could enjoy your stay and not have to do chores. The fenced in yard was nice for our dog to be able to get some running and playing in without worrying about the street or neighbors.

Great place for friends to hang out!

We had a laid back bachelor party here with 10 people involved, most of the time we were playing games, hanging out in the hot tub, or playing spike ball/kan jam in the backyard! It was an amazing place to stay for the weekend and we had a blast!

Nice property - responsive owners

Stay was really great. Loved the fenced in backyard. The street is not as good as hoped, that is the only detriment, but the house was recently renovated and everything worked well. Will stay again.

Really Great Home and Host.

Great property, Great host excellent response times. Nice towels and wash cloths... nice to have 3 bathrooms & 3floors. Nice amenities, private, close to downtown and nice restaurants. Nice huge TV in living room and basement loved the video games also. Good place to stay. Professional hosts. Will stay there when I am in town or one of his other homes. Thanks Brian.

Cozy home next to so many things

Check in and check out was a breeze. All instructions were very clear and anytime you needed to reach the host he answered right away! The house is located within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do like the beach, zoo, aquarium. Its also very close to aldi, Walmart, target and a bunch of stores within 10 minutes. The neighborhood at first sight looks questionable with run down and boarded up houses but the backyard and hottub are enclosed in a privacy fence and the neighborhood was so quiet the whole time. The house was clean and the basement is awesome to hang out in. It had everything we needed to have an easy going first vacation with our one and a half year old. The only thing I would suggest (not really a complaint) would be curtains on the bedroom windows because the blinds really dont block much light out. I would stay here again if I come back for a cleveland vacation for sure!

Helpful owner, inexpensive for the size

The house is big and located near Ohio City, downtown, and the west side of the city. It's located right on the highway in a transitional part of the city so the drive up to the residence can make you feel like you're in a depressed neighborhood. But the owner has done a fine job of making the backyard and gated drive way feel like you're on your own The couch in the living room could use a cleaning and the 3-5 house flies that seem to buzz around the kitchen and living rooms are annoying. But the place is clean and spacios. The owner is very responsive.

Great experience!!

This place was great! We booked 2 nights for a bachelorette party and loved our stay. the place was clean, there was a handy binder with recommendations, and the hot tub was icing on the cake. Brian was super responsive when I had questions. definitely will keep this place in mind next time we plan a girls trip!

Great Place

Had a mini vacation to Cleveland and this place is great. It is close to a lot of different things in Cleveland. The neighborhood doesn't seem the best upon first sight but it was quiet with no issues. The house was nice and clean looks newly remodeled. Brian was great every respo sive and very helpful. Thankfully the only thing we needed help with was the hot tub but it was our issue and turned out to be no big deal. Brian offered to come over and help us right away but we googled a fix and it was resolved quickly. After that we enjoyed the hot tub in every night. Would definitely stay here again.

Very neat & clean place to stay

Our trip to Cleveland was wonderful. This house is very clean and smells wonderful. It hits you as soon as you enter. Check in process and instructions were very detailed and concise. There are more instructions for check in, check out and how to get in touch with Brian if needed, as well as where to eat, places of interest, etc. He was very responsive to all messages during our stay. The boys loved the video games downstairs and spent most of their time down there when we were there. House is in a quiet area. Although it's close to the freeway, the noise level was not at all a concern. Would stay here again when we come back.
