- Welcome to your home away from home! Our stylish home has all of the comforts and amenities needed for a short or extended stay. Whether you are in town on business, family vacation, or river raft adventuring, we have your upmost comfort in mind. Newly renovated, craftsman home, open floor plan, one level-perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Located across the street from Deer Park, walking distance to Lee University, the Greenway, and the Historical Cleveland Neighborhood.
Newly remodeled, open floor plan wonderful for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. Lots of natural light. Fully-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite custom bathrooms) and 500 speed fiber optic internet/wifi. Steps away from Deer Park playground and a short stroll to beautiful Lee University. A 20 minute drive to the Ocoee River for rafting or hiking, and 20 miles to downtown Chattanooga!
We do have two bunk beds, however, the top bunks are not suitable for adults. Please take this into consideration as you are planning your sleeping arrangements.
Washer and dryer available for guest use.
Pet fee is $79 for one small pet below 20 pounds.

Gather used towels and store extra beds

Please leave any towels in the bathroom floor. You do not need to strip beds, we will take care of that.
Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle (you do not need to wait for the cycle to end). Remove personal information from smart TV and turn off TV.
If your stay happens to fall on a Wednesday, we would greatly appreciate it if you would take the outside garbage bin to the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
