Very Basic. Clean place,and but low quality furnishings and structure. It was comfortable for a one night sleep, but it would not be a place that U would choose again. Very difficult steep stairs,rooms separated by a large drop between rooms. Moldy windows in the small shower that sprays onto the floor .. 1 pot, 2 pans, minimal utensils, and dishware. Poor construction. Very narrow hallway to the bathroom. Makeshift wire baskets bolted into the shower. Huge space with insularion showing over dishwasher. The kitchen table and chairs were plastic and wobbly. If I was alone, I would probably struggle greatly to get my suitcase up the very steep stairway entrance. Clean beds, comfortable air, but basic accommodations. The huge gap threshhold between rooms made it difficult to go from the livingroom to kitchen/bath. It could be very dangerous for an older person at night. There is about a 1 foot drop down and step up between rooms. Everything was functional,but very flimsy/low quality. We were worried about the stability of the kitchen table and chair, for we felt they were ready to break when using them. If you just need a comfortable sleep. It is acceptably clean and fine, but would not go back if I wanted a fun getaway, planned to cook meals, or planned to hang out in the rental.

Lovely stay in Little Italy

We would definitely stay at this location again. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Spacious and private.

Little Italy

The neighborhood is walking distance to downtown little Italy and close to other attractions such as the rock n roll hall of Fame and the haunted restaurant. Parking is horrible since it's only side street parking and finding a spot to park was difficult. The over all apartment was okay. However the stairs are very steep.

Gem in Little Italy

Nice clean property. Steep steps to get in was the only challenge. Host were responsive and gave all the information needed ahead of my stay. They answered any questions I had. Parking was a bit challenging but that is not the hosts fault. Would stay again.

Nice makeover of an old apartment.

Very adequate and somewhat quaint mix of new and old. Steep stairs weren't expected, but navigatible.
