Pretty nice place, bring your own pillow for god sake pillows provided were flatter then the Olsen twins, there was a whole finger nail in the middle of the floor and a broken glass in the cabinet. Other than that nice place.

Location is great. Architecture of building is cool. Unit is dirty and shows wear and tear: layers of dust caked on ceiling fan blades and ventilation grates, black scuff marks on walls, dust on the bed cover, towels stained and threadbare, dead bugs on windowsill, edge of bathroom door cracked, closet doorframe cracked. Unit is poorly supplied: only three small bath towels, one hand towel, and two dirty-looking wash cloths; only one extra roll of toilet paper; no hand soap in kitchen (empty dispenser); no bowls in kitchen; no complimentary coffee pods (should be standard for the rental price); no extra pillows nor extra blanket. Security deposit is excessive and held from time of reservation.

Dirty place w/a terrible bed!

The bed is a flat sheet poorly tucked over the mattress, and an old, stained, flat comforter. Two flat pillows with shams that match the comforter in condition. The cleaning crew isn’t well monitored. The floor is sticky everywhere. When you grab a stool to move it, it’s sticky. The place is cute! I knew what I was getting with the area and the location, but the bed and the filthy apartment ruined it.

Underwhelming and Frustrating

At first the building was charming, the unit pleasant, and the space great. But after a day we realized that "clean"towels had makeup stains. We actually found I'llqa dead wasp in the kitchen. Many other dead bugs scattered through the unit. The need pillows were Cqustomer service we great getting into the unit, but failed to follow up on any concern, which included our Wi-Fi device not working. Told repeatedly we should have seen follow-up I finally unit was not was pictured, completely y

Unfortunately, this was neither a well-equipped nor a well-maintained property. In terms of being poorly maintained:- Upon arrival the floors across the unit were sticky & slippery. We were told someone would deliver a mop, but they never did. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the floors ourselves.- There was a large pile of dirt and debris on the toilet seat and floor when we arrived, as if someone had opened the overhead ceiling hatch which created a large mess- Broken glass in the cabinet- The wifi information provided did not workIn terms of being ill-equipped: - There were no cleaning supplies in the premises- There were no spare sheets; as one of us was sleeping on the couch, we had to go to Target to find our own sheets to sleep on (sheets were requested but never received)- No spare linens; precisely two towels- Very minimal kitchen basics; precisely two cups for the off-brand keurig coffee maker - No laundry detergent, minimal soap.- Minimal kitchen cooking tools, several of which were dirty/brokenDid have one roll of paper towel, one sponge, one roll of toilet paper, a small amount of hand soap, one dishwasher detergent one broom.To their credit, the managers of the property:- Were swiftly responsive via text and email, polite and proessional- Refunded the cleaning fee upon request
