"We like the playground just in front of the room. The pool is closes. The motel is degraded and used. The owner is kind. We like our stay for the activities nearby in the Catskill region."
"Very unique property centrally located to explore the Catskills area. Kingston is a nice little town with a lot of great restaurants. You can hike in the adjacent state park along the Hudson from the property or hike in the Catskills 30 minutes out. Quiet relaxing property. "

"We had a terrific stay! Loved waking up every morning to the view of the lake and kayaking in the evening. The unit has been modernized and everything is fresh and clean. We walked to town to eat and visit the shops. Can't wait to stay again!! :)"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property hosted by Matthew, Tonya, and David, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they had gone above and beyond to ensure a seamless and fantastic experience for their guests. The breathtaking views of the Hudson River from the property were nothing short of spectacular, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully considered, accommodating almost every need we could think of. The beds were remarkably comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploration. I was particularly impressed by the inviting hot tub, which looked like the perfect place to soak and take in the beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, due to the weather and a few bees hovering about, I had to pass on using it this time. However, I reached out to Matthew, Tonja, and David regarding the bee situation, and they were incredibly responsive, already working on a solution to ensure future guests can enjoy the hot tub worry-free.Overall, my experience with this hosting team was exceptional. Their attentiveness and commitment to providing a fantastic stay truly set them apart. I can't wait to return in the future and enjoy all that this beautiful property has to offer, including those amazing views and the hot tub! Thank you, Matthew, Tonya, and David, for your outstanding hospitality!"
Lighthouse Walk - Full Floor Suite in the heart of Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Having my own parking spot was a big plus* The outside getting to the suite is unattractive and was very disappointing. Pass code to enter, super easy but the slight scent of weed going up the stairs was a bit of a dud. Once inside the suite, I absolutely loved it. It reminded me of my first apartment. I had a good laugh about that. I also thoroughly enjoyed the view unto the main drag. Suite is perfectly situated and you really can’t go wrong. Many cool places to eat and easy to walk to. The architecture of the buildings gives it a feel of being on a movie set. I had the best of both worlds dipping in and out of the mountains and heading back to my suite. "
