クレルモンのアパート

「The place is much smaller than it looked in the photos. The pictures are misleading. It's not a one-bedroom apartment; it's actually three studio units in the same building. There is no air conditioning control in the room. The place is also not as private as I expected.」

「Clean and spacious room, perfect for my needs. For this trip, I traveled alone and felt safe in this Vrbo. The host was very responsive and accommodating when I requested a last minute extension of my stay. This will be my go to the next time I’m in the area visiting family.」

「House was perfect for what we needed it for. Close to the lake which made for great evening walks. . 」

「This property is a treasure. It's clean, modern and well appointed.」

「Clean and well kept property. Good location and and easy communication with owners made this a wonderful place to stay! Would return!」

「Debbie is an excellent host! Love staying at her properties!」

「The property was very comfortable for two adult guests. While there is sleeping for six, seating is more limited. The couch seats 3 (if someone doesn’t mind sitting on the split between cushions) and there is one other chair in the living room. There are 3 bar stools, as well. The hosts were very timely and cordial in correspondence. Travel insurance is highly recommended, as there was not flexibility on that point when our arrival was delayed for several days due to the snow in our area. 」

「Our short stay was great. 」

「The room was clean. The host was responsive to the TV issues and responded in kind. The host also adjusted the thermostat so I stayed nice and cool. The mattress leaves a bit to be desired and the guest couch is a bit firm. The directions to the site could be a little more clear. All in all it is conveniently located between Clermont and groveland with a quick connection to the fl turnpike 」

「Pain in the neck. Entire experience was aggravating. Water was turned off in the middle of the last night. No spare roll of toilet tissue, which was not a problem since we had no water the last day. Tiny room reminiscence of a small cruise cabin. No TV. 」

「I would never recommend this property to anyone, our trip was ruined because we only stayed 15 minutes, couldn't lay on the bed due to the odor. Very small and the property was not well maintained. This swamp front rental is perfect if you don't want to be able to enjoy yourself. 」
