The small gîte L’Épicerie is located in Cléguérec, on a former 1.3-hectare farmstead, converted about thirty years ago into four gîtes of various sizes. It is an ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway in nature. The 40 m² house includes a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for two people, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, as well as bath and pool towels. In addition to the shared pool, a ping-pong table, mini football goal, molkky game, and giant mikado are at your disposal. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. Outdoor and covered spaces are arranged for relaxing evenings. Parking is available on the grounds via a dedicated path. Pets are not allowed. The property provides all necessary equipment for waste sorting. Cleaning fees are included in the rental.
