「They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night」

「The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was not an attitude checking in or checking out. Every staff member we ran into had a smile on their face. Breakfasts was plentiful and a great selection of foods.」

「The room this stay was the worst ever. The bathroom sink faucet was wobbly and so bad we were worried it would break. Other people staying there had no courtesy for others trying to sleep. This went on most of the night. The night desk worker stays in the back most of the time. We will not be back!」

I was happy to see a safe in our room and the location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues.
