Welcome to 711 Kokanee Loop, a luxurious, newly built home in Suncadia Resort boasting ample space and modern design for 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Take in the stunning mountain ridge views from the comfort of the spacious living area or from the outdoor space surrounded by tranquil forest.  
The open concept chef’s kitchen is perfect for large groups and comes fully equipped with everything needed to host an amazing mean. This home is also ideal for families seeking a tranquil getaway in the heart of nature and the forest.
Enjoy evening games in the game room, a movie upstairs in the bonus room, or relax around the firepit on the covered patio while soaking in the private hot tub any time of year.
Home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
- Bedding:  3 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Bed
- Square feet: 3,145  
- The spacious master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king-size bed. The ensuite bath has dual sinks and large walk-in shower.  There is access to the patio.
- The 2nd bedroom is also on the 1st level with a queen bed with ensuite shared bathroom that features a shower. There is access to the patio.
- The 3rd bedroom room is on the second level and offers a king bed with an ensuite featuring a walk-in shower.
- The 4th bedroom is also on the 2nd floor with a King bed.
- The 2nd floor also features a bonus room.
- The 5th bedroom is off the bonus room with dual twin over twin bunk beds.
- There is a full bath on the 2nd floor featuring dual sinks and a combination tub/shower. 
- There is a full shared bath on the main floor of the house.

Great house, cleaning was an issue

The home is exactly as stated and beautiful. Cleaning was marginal. The kitchen bar lights so thick with grime. Hair in showers and on floors. Dirt in the dryer that we spent 45 minutes trying to vacuum out. I have no idea how that much dirt would be in a dryer. Location of home and view wonderful.
