"Well equipped, great for 2 people. This is the perfect place for Madera Canyon birding! Feeders are provided and I saw so many species just by sitting on the back deck! It was the perfect spot for my spring birding trip!"

"The home was not clean, the pool was unuseable. The filtration system was not working, cleaner wasnt running, so it was very dirty. The home is in need of a lot of repairs."
