John's Place, Hosted by Byers & Harvey! Enjoy our 1540 sq ft, 3-bedroom home with a private entrance, fenced backyard, and ample parking (up to 4 parking spots). The living room and master bedroom are equipped with a large Smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. Our kitchen has hosted many of our closest family and friends over the years and can go toe-to-toe with the best home cooks to accommodate even large groups of people. We recommend reserving a fire starter kit ahead of time and enjoy the back patio under the market lights at night. Upon approval, we welcome your fur-family and offer them a place to run around and enjoy themselves just as much as you! No need to worry about running to a laundromat because you can use our in-unit washer/dryer

Stayed here for nine days with our two dogs. The backyard had a 6 foot fence all around with two great spaces to sit outside. Inside was just as good. Main bedroom suite was good sized and the bed was very comfortable! We used the kitchen to make meals and we had all the necessary utensils. The entire house was very clean! The host made sure we had all the check-in and check-out instructions in a timely manner and let us know he was available if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for being a dog friendly place that allows larger dogs!!
Rio really enjoyed the fenced in backyard to run and play in with her brother!

This was a fantastic stay. The pictures are absolutely accurate. What you see is the actual place. Very clean and homey. Great laundry room and kitchen along with great internet and TVs. We felt very much at home and super relaxed. The neighborhood is quiet, and extremely nice.You feel like you're in the country which is nice, but very close to everything and anything you could want! Lots to do and see. Close to Nashville, minutes from Ft Campbell and the Trail of Tears.The owners were wonderful and checking in and out was a breeze.We will be staying here in the future We are looking forward to it

This is the perfect stay at John’s Place – Comfort, Charm, and Great Location!I absolutely loved my stay at John’s Place, hosted by Byers & Harvey! They were prompt to respond to my calls and text messages. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The house has a spacious layout which made it easy to settle in, and the fenced backyard was a peaceful retreat for me and my two Boston Terriers. I highly recommend the patio in the evening with a cool beverage and classical music on the patio!The home is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen is a true gem—clearly designed for cooking with ease. Whether you are whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a meal, it has everything you need. The Smart TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom were perfect for winding down with a favorite show.One of the highlights was how pet-friendly the space is. My Boston Terriers had room to roam and relax, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience, especially for a longer stay.John’s Place combines comfort, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere in a way that is hard to beat. I will be back—and I will be recommending it to friends and family looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway convenient to Fort Campbell, Fort Defiance, the lake, and other attractions.
