「We have stayed at the Mount Pleasant Super 8 many times over the pas 4 years while our daughter goes to school there. It has improved quite a bit. Check in went smoothly, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only negative is the breakfast is limited but they now have a waffle maker which is popular. 」

「This B&B is in the country but less than a half hour to Clare where many options for dinner and entertainment are found. The home itself is very clean and the hosts are quite likeable. The breakfast was delicious including home made bread and jam and lemon curd of all things! Potatoes, bacon, eggs - and great conversation with the hosts. Thanks for your hospitality Bill & Barb!」

「Property was adequate for the one night we stayed there. It appears on weekends, there is no maintenance person available. The pod container for the in room coffee maker was missing and the front desk attendee said he could not help but there was coffee in the break room available. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty so we could not take a decent shower. 」

「It was the perfect home to unplug and unwind! We live in San Antonio and come to Michigan yearly to visit our family so we are always trying to stay away from the city life during our stays and electronics. Waking up with coffee in the morning on the back porch was so peaceful. The home was quiet and clean. We will definitely be reserving again next time! 」

It was a spacious and well equipped for many meals!We had a gathering on the patio and it spilled into the house and there was enough room for many of our local relatives and friends!
