Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and I really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel welcoming (especially arriving to ice in the freezer). 「Lovely apartment, good kitchen, comfy bed. As others have mentioned, the hot water unit makes annoying sounds but it certainly works fine. The steps up to the apartment were lengthy but not a big deal. Having free parking was wonderful! It was also lovely to stroll along the paths through the neighborhood south of the apartment. 」

「アパルタメントなので、ホテルではありません。 前日にメールで「受付がないので、何人で何時にくるか」の問い合わせと待ち合わせ場所の連絡があり、当日の朝に、そのメールを見て返信したのですが、電車が遅れて遅延したので、途中Wifiに繋げることができ、到着時間の変更連絡ができて問題なかったのですが、通信手段がなかったら、ちょっと焦りました。 閑散期なので、Bellagio自体に観光客が少なく、アップグレードしてくれました。一人だったのですが２つのBed Room、ダイニング、台所ととっても広く、どこをどう使うか悩むぐらいでした。部屋もシンプルで広くてとってもステキでした！家族4人ぐらいでも問題ないと思います。」

「Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna...
