First floor is open plan living with a fitted kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, F/F, microwave), dining room and lounge with 40” SKY TV and a balcony with fantastic sea views.
Rear garden, patio table set, Gas BBQ. Nice Neighbours. Front parking 2 cars.
There are a couple of friendly neighbourhood cats you may see in the garden or venture into house! Beware if you have allergies

Excellent location

Property is in a quiet location with easy, quick access to a very sandy beach which is good for swimming and sandcastles. The house was clean and well maintained. There was an excellent selection of games to play.
