"Its a nice place but it is on top of a hill with a really small road to it...almost no place to pass another car. When we arrived the host thought we would arrive the day after, so we had to wait for another hour for the key. The house was fine, big enough, nice bedrooms and living room and kitchen is fine. The pool is great! The winery is super and really tastefull! We had a nice vacation."

"This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill."

"Fabio and Loretta were incredible guests and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home. Their space has a lot of room and can definitely make an extended stay of it. The yard and amenities were fantastic and the location is great for day trips to wine country in Tuscany. I actually wish we had more time in the nearby city center of Arezzo because it was great. Mamma and Nonna pasta made a meal fit for kings ad queens!! still talking about it. 10 minutes from greve in chianti, 1 minute walk to pizza joinjt. 5 minute drive to duda restaurant, 10 minutes to filigne valdarno and its train station to florence. will be back again and again!"

"My husband and I spent a week here in April. We have been to Italy seven times, always staying in VRBO-type rentals and this rental stands apart as among the nicest. Recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen, balcony, comfortable heat, etc. You can see the owner, Giovanni, took great care with the design and remodeling. The location is perfect — just off the main street. We highly recommend this home! "

Federico was very kind kind, greeted us upon arrival, helped us with questions, and gave us suggestions around the area. We highly recommend this place and are already making our plans to return."
