We stayed at signature level, but I don't think it's really worth it to pay extra - there is a separate pool for signature level, but we couldn't get a sunbed there due to guests reserving them with towels early in the morning. 「This hotel is fine, but it is not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. The rooms are really run down and dirty, smelled like mildew and there were ants all over the floor. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the AC and fridge barely worked. The property itself is nice and the hotel is on the water which is always a perk, but this felt much more like a dingy motel then it did a 4 star resort.
