The bar served excellent drinks and the staff was friendly. They do have a breakfast buffet option and it’s very delicious. I’m giving 3 stars because the bathroom does not have any ventilation whatsoever and the toilets do not have pressure to flush adequately.

The property felt very safe. However, the parking security was very loud at night and in the early morning you can hear them shouting. The bathrooms are very small but it wasn’t that bad. Nice hotel overall

The hotel itself is very, very nice - amenities are beautiful and clean, rooms are convenient and spacious, restaurant is nice and big. During the day there are barely any people there. However, I asked the front desk specifically NOT to do housekiiping in my room ( I don't understand the need to change towels and clean daily), and came nack from the gym to find the cleaning lady inside and a string smell of cleaning solution, which I cannot stand! Front desk can clearly be improved. They could also use an air freshener/scent in the main lobby. And please, stop stamping the toilet paper, it's very inconvenient to use it after!

The hotel is nice and easy parking for my big truck. I stayed two nights. The king bed was hard , firm. I didnt like that. There was no hot water presure in the morning for my shower. It was just a drip. I was in room 206. The two swimming pools are not heated. They looked clean. The airconditioner worked good and there was cable tv. There was also a parking security guard all night. I liked that.

Edit : I'm speechless. Frond desk does whatever they want 🙈 I asked them NOT to do the housekeeping on my room ON PURPOSE, because I don't need my bed made daily and fresh towels daily !!!! It's driving me crazy, what a waste of resources !!!! I come back from the gym to find the cleaning lady inside and a strong smell of chemicals that I cannot stand !!!! I went to the front desk furious. Now I'm waiting outside of my room for this smell to evaporate while I cannot even go back inside my room to take shower. This hotel is very, very nice inside. You can get a quiet room on the parking lot side, or a one inside with a view. The restaurant is spacious, the pool and lounge are beautiful. The only thing is that in the lobby they need some aroma because it smells like the pipes. During the day the hotel seems to be almost empty. Gym is pretty decent, the staff is attentive. I just don't understand the need for housekeeping service if im only staying in the hotel for 2 days. That's unnecessary. Also, please don't stamp toilet paper ! It's very inconvenient to use it after !!!
