Title: Amazing location, but facility issuesThe location of this hotel is perfect. It is very close to the metro and bus stations, and there are 7-Eleven and Oxxo stores just a short walk away. The rooms were also very clean, with housekeeping provided daily.However, the amenities need improvement. For the first two days, there was no hot water, forcing me to take cold showers. The front desk staff did nothing to help when I reported it. Later on, adjusting the water temperature was an absolute struggle. Also, the breakfast was way too small and simple to be filling.Good location, but the stay itself was uncomfortable due to the service and plumbing.
