「This house is truly incredible. The first morning I woke up to the sweeping view and sounds of the jungle I couldn’t stop smiling. Pay attention to the requirement for a 4 wheel drive car. The drive into the neighborhood is no joke. If my husband didn’t have off road experience I would not have done it. 「We had a fantastic day. Patricia was very responsive and took care of our every need. Our only concern was the possibility that our 20 passenger 2 Wheel drive bus would not be able to make it up the rough mile and a half road to the villa in a downpour, but we were lucky and it was never raining when we were riving.. Four-wheel drives are definitely recommended. But staying in such a quiet bird filled paradise made the extra effort to get up there more than worth it.」

We watched toucans and other birds in the trees and iguanas, Jesus lizards and geckos run around the grounds. A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The living room and kitchen could be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we were out by the pool during those hours anyway!」

The owner & staff were lovely although my lack of Spanish made communication difficult. There was few maintenance issues, and the room it’s self could do with a little love.」

「The property was beautiful. We were not prepared for how difficult it was to get to the property. I think the listing should explain it is a very difficult car ride it is. That made our travel and events much more limited. We also had a significant issue with the water supply, we had a whole day (the one day we all took a day of rest at the house) without water supply and it took all day to get it serviced.
