Summary:
Fully furnished 70sq. metres 2 Bedroom apartment in the heart of Zurich. Neighbourhood is charming & quiet, with trendy restaurants, bars, cafes, shops supermarket and the cinema all within close walking distance. Good access to public transportation with close proximity to the tram / train stations and direct connection to Zurich Airport and the main train station (Zurich HB). Guests can expect a comfortable home away from home stay with well equipped kitchen and comfort.
The Space:
The apartment is ideal for up to 4 persons.
Tastefully furnished and comfortable for solo, business traveller, and family.
Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, and cooking utensils.
Hair dryer, iron & ironing board are also available.
Nearby outdoor parking available for rent at CHF25/day (subject to availability).
Baby cot and airport transfer can be arranged by Host upon request (additional charges apply).

The apartment is located in a trendy area of the city. Neighborhood is quiet and well connected by public transport.
You will live very close to the city and find trendy bars and good restaurants of different cuisines as well as museums and nightlife all very close by.
Supermarkets and pharmacies are within close walking distance.
Getting Around:
The apartment is well connected to the public transport system and walking distance away from both the train and tram stations.
Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world’s most exclusive shopping street, is just 4 tram stops away.
Other Things to Note:
Spacious desk and high speed 5G internet ensures a comfortable “work from home” setup.
Please note that the apartment is located in a prime location in a trendy area and above a restaurant, and some noise can be expected. So if you are looking for a very quiet environment, this unit may not be your choice.
Apartment is located on the third floor on the right with no elevator.
If you have an early arrival in Zurich, we have the possibility for you to store your luggages in our basement storage facility (which we have rented from the landlord) for the convenience & benefit of our guests. The cost is CHF25 and you can store your luggages there until 17:00 so you can explore the city handsfree while waiting for the check-in time. Please be advised that we are not including the storage cost into the rental and only charging guests who need it. Check in time before 15:00 is not possible because our housekeeper works on a tight schedule and it is important that they clean the apartment thoroughly before you check-in but you can be assured that we will expedite the cleaning for you and send you a message when the apartment is ready. Some guests have written a bad review saying that storage should be included… but we do not want to pass this cost to guests who don’t need the facility and we trust in your understanding. (If you think the storage costs is unwarranted, then please do not rent it). Please do contact us if you require storage so we can check availability.
