「probably the best hotel in the town, located in the heart of the city, just in front of the church, and the market, of this historical town. therefore many pub and restraunts, shops are within 100 yerds. this hotel has a nice restraunt, which is busy, with locals, suggesting it better. our room was large and clean. the bathtub made of copper is in the room, not in the rest room which has a shower space. a good mix of modern facilities and old days atomosphere.」

「No chair in room. Light switches impossible to reach from bed. Light bulbs too dim to read by. Carpets torn and not vacuumed. No phone in room. No tissues in room」

「First, you can't check in till 5pm. Second, the shower is small and slippery when wet. When I mentioned that I'd nearly fallen twice and it needed a non-slip mat, I was told can't be done as this would be an admission that there is a problem. Plus, the light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor timer and kept cutting out leaving me in the shower, in the dark. It sounds comical but with the slippery shower base and total darkness, it wasn't funny. I had to open the shower door and wave my arm to...

「スタッフは明るくフレンドリーでとても気持ちよく接客してくださいました。 掲載されている部屋の写真は広角で撮影されているようで、写真程は広くありませんでした。ただ素敵なインテリアでした。セントラルヒーティングを入れても暖かくならず、部屋が寒かったことと、駐車場の件で、星４つとさせてもらいます。 ホテルの詳細には「敷地内駐車場あり」とありましたが、向かい側の道路に短時間だけ駐車できます。地域の無料駐車場は歩いて10分ほどかかります。説明とは異なりました。 」

「Hospitality is excellent in the Cotswolds area with few tourists and a good place to stay. I am pleased with the nice appearance and rooms. There are no so-called souvenir stores, but the life of the local people is here, which is different from other Cotswold villages.」

「A good overnight stop on our journey to the south coast! Very friendly staff in the bar welcomed us, and were extremely helpful. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms. A good choice of decent meals on the bar menu available in the pub, so convenient not having to dine elsewhere. Excellent value, and both the evening and morning staff were great. Yes, a bit of road noise, and extractor noise heard in our 2 rooms, but we are used to silent nights living in a rural location!」

「The location was perfect for all shops,pubs etc. Most of staff attentive and friendly. Our room was not as clean as it could have been but not terrible. There is plenty if parking but entrance is narrow if you have a larger vehicle. Bar area was family friendly with games provided and always seemed busy」

「Pros: Lovely room High quality accomodation Friendly staff at check in and in the health centre Cons: The balcony area could of been cleaned ready for our arrival -bird poo and cob webs everywhere. There was no mirror in the room apart from in the bathroom cabinet, therefore very difficult to dry and do my hair. Would really benefit from having a long mirror next to a plug point. The drinks and food at dinner took a very long time to arrive. The food was delicious but took a long time. No...
