However, as soon as we got to the house we were told by Paolo we had to pay a €150 “city tax” mentioned no where on the listing. Additionally, one morning, one of the workers came in to the apartment without knocking as we were sleeping to “clean”, which was jarring and suspicious as we were a group of young girls in a new country. "Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Not worth the extra $. Although it has a shuttle that goes 24 hrs.,it is the only shuttle that takes guests to locations. Only seats 6. Did not show up to pick me up at the airport (reason I chose hotel) even though I called and texted 24 hrs ahead. Was told to find a taxi bc they couldn’t come for me. Last, it was so HOT and it was only MAY. Amenities like SPA, cold hot tub, no explanation of amenities, etc."
