The farm is a fully operational agricultural estate producing high-quality wine, oil, pasta, cured meats, honey, and legumes, and is home to native breed animals including the Cinta Senese pig, the Maremmana cow, Apennine sheep, the Amiatino donkey, and a variety of courtyard animals. Guests have access to a shared garden, a generous swimming pool, and complimentary Internet Wifi, making "Le Calle" a destination that seamlessly combines authentic rural living with a welcoming and comfortable stay. Pool maintenance is carried out regularly by the owner and gardener, ensuring the highest standards throughout your stay. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a television, with direct access to the garden. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 beds and 1 additional sleeping facility, making it ideal for families or small groups. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, also providing an exit to the garden. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, completing the functional and comfortable layout of this vacation rental.
