Fantastic stay

Stayed here for one night in August. Fantastic and helpful staff offered welcome drinks and showed around the beautiful property. Was offered a complimentary upgrade. Pool area is really nice and quiet with spa facilities right next to it. Restaurant perfect for a romantic dinner. Will definitely plan for a longer visit in the future.

Really nice property with beautiful swimming pool and outdoor gym. Good restaurant and a nice bar. Though room interiors are bold. Strong colours that make the room look small.

Top notch stay!

This was one of the best properties that I’ve stayed in. We felt like we were the only ones at the property with all the special treatment we received. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The property had everything you could want for a relaxing stay.

O hotel fica numa vila medieval muito fofa, suas instalações são ótimas e o atendimento é impecável! Se você vai fazer uma viagem de casal, é o lugar perfeito! Os funcionários são todos extremamente gentis, e como o hotel é relativamente pequeno, fica um clima familiar! O café da manhã é servido a la carte, maravilhoso!! A piscina também é uma delícia e o restaurante deles muito bom!!

Experiencia única y romántica!

Castillo medieval reciclado con mucho glamour y alta calidad. No tienen mil servicios, pero los que tienen (los más importantes), son perfectos y muy bien atendidos. Hay una cantidad limitada de personal, pero atienden con mucho profesionalismo, amabilidad y esmero. El hotel y todo lo que lo rodea son un sueño. Las habitaciones, puro romance, glamour y estilo. El bistró del hotel es de alta gama (y costo). El desayuno es de otro planeta. El spa es espectacular, aunque los masajes muy caros. Lo recomiendo para ir en pareja a disfrutar el encanto romántico del lugar y de la Toscana!
