"The tub did not drain well and there was a strange smell on the first night of my stay. The smell seemed to disappear in the morning. Staff is friendly and attentive. I enjoy the lobby of the hotel. It's comfortable and inviting. "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3BR/2BA penthouse. The space is modern, clean, and well adorned. The gym was a great perk, and the free garage parking was super convenient. Location was perfect, close to skiing, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"The property was fine and reasonably priced. We also appreciated the location for our ski trip.However, there were certainly a few issues still. It appeared that not a single pillowcase was changed or cleaned. There were several human hairs on each pillowcase and we arrived very late at night so there was not an opportunity to wash anything ourselves. One pillowcase also had an obscure smell, drool stains and a brown residue that could be scraped off with a fingernail. We all used our own t shirts as pillow cases the first night...Additionally, the upstairs shower drains very slowly so we were forced to stand in a pool of your own filth while showering.Great location but lacking the amenities necessary for good hygiene."

"This is a great property for larger groups - we were a group of 5 friends who wanted a place convenient to both Park City for skiing and also downtown SLC. With three bedrooms with queen beds and three full baths, this until was perfect. We had a couple minor issues - the dishwasher was malfunctioning and it wouldn't stop making a pumping noise, and the unit didn't have any bathmats, washcloths, kitchen towels or dishrags. However the owner was very responsive and replaced the dishwasher very quickly. We were happy to be able to run two loads during our stay. The unit has a recently remodeled kitchen and all 3 bathrooms, we enjoyed the new appliances (the fridge makes ice spheres!) and our master bath was really nice. Still no curtains on the front windows, but other than making awkward eye contact with a dog walker one morning, we didn't actually mind. We plan to come back next year for skiing, and we would be happy to stay here again. I recommend this unit, especially the three bathrooms, all with showers, and HUGE hot water tanks. It's great for larger groups. "

"Neighborhood was welcoming. Host responded quickly when couch leg discovered broken. ALL bathroom tubs/showers had mold. (In drains too) Some extensive.. wouldn’t bathe in tubs. Pots and pans were filthy and low quality. Back door blinds were scotch taped on where plastic mounts had broken or fallen off. Layout of home was lovely. "
