"The chairs had stains in them, the floor wasnt vacuumed, the ice bucket was filthy I had to ask for a garbage bag in order to get ice after I tried to clean it. I had a 2 day reservation they cut my room key off & I had to go get new keys. Ive never experienced this kind of service at any other hotel ..."
